Alternatives for Children is a not-for-profit private school dedicated to providing diverse educational experiences for children across Long Island. With campuses in Aquebogue, East Setauket, Dix Hills, and Southampton, they lead the way in this important mission. Every year, Alternatives for Children hosts a rally to raise funds for their incredible work. Thanks to the support of the local car enthusiast community, they are able to generate crucial funding that directly benefits these schools. This year’s rally will take place on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, starting at the Alternatives for Children location in East Setauket and concluding at The Vineyards Country Club in Riverhead. Introducing the 2023 Mercedes-Benz G 550 Professional Edition! The familiar Mercedes-Benz G-Class Wagon is getting some exciting new adjustments! These intimidating giants always turn heads on the streets on Long Island; from Bohemia to Stony Brook, locals are quick to identify this towering titan. The recognizable SUV is about to catch even more attention with this limited trim release! The innovations that are exhibited in the 2023 Mercedes-Benz G 550 Professional Edition comes with exclusivity. Only 200 of these vehicles are being made!! Although this vehicle was revealed in the Copper Orange Magno paint option (seen above), there are 3 specific and limited color palettes in which customers can choose from. Out of these 200 units of Mercedes-Benz magic, there are 3 new specific colorways being offered. Of these 200 units, 50 units each are being built for two of the palettes, and 100 units of the third color palette will be available for purchase. The first color combination being offered is the tantalizing G Manufaktur Dark Olive Green Magno exterior paint. The paint color can be seen below (on an older model) and there will be 50 units available. The G Manufaktur Dark Olive Green Magno exterior paint comes with G Manufaktur Espresso Brown/Black upholstery and Natural Grain Black-Flamed Ash wood trimming on the interior. There will be 100 units of the G Manufaktur Moonlight White Magno exterior paint. The paint color can be seen below on an older Mercedes-Benz G-Class model. This shining vehicle comes out of the factory with the corresponding G Manufaktur Saddle Brown/Black upholstery and Natural Grain Walnut wood trim. The final option is another completely unique and show-stopping exterior paint, The G Manufaktur Desert Sand Non-Metallic exterior paint. 50 units of this vehicle are being manufactured with the Desert Sand exterior paint and this specific model pairs up with a stunning Titanium Gray Pearl interior and accompanying Natural Grain Black-Flamed Ash wood trim.
