Custom Ordering FAQ
How long does a custom order usually take?
Timelines vary by model and where the vehicle is assembled. In general, Mercedes-Benz vehicles built in Europe arrive within about three to six months, while models produced in North America typically arrive in one to three months. Our team keeps you informed throughout the build, and once your vehicle ships you’ll pick it up at 630 Middle Country Road, St. James, NY 11780.
Is a deposit required before placing a custom order?
Yes. If you plan to put money down or purchase the vehicle outright, your deposit is applied toward that amount. If you intend to finance or lease the vehicle in full, the deposit is returned to you — in full or in part — once your contract is signed and you take delivery.
Can my custom order be completed over the phone or online?
Yes. Our team can help you build and submit your custom order by phone or online, and the process is simple to navigate. We do recommend seeing your chosen exterior color in person first to be sure it lives up to your expectations. Will my vehicle qualify for rebates, lease incentives, or other offers?
Your vehicle’s price is set at the time your order is placed. Because incentives and rebates change from month to month, we can only estimate your potential payment up front — but once we know your delivery month, you’ll be able to take advantage of the programs available at that time.
