In an effort to support our loyal MBFS customers, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Mercedes-Benz USA are pleased to announce a Star Loyalty Bonus program on eligible active maturing lease agreements, lease extension agreements, through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services for a select new 2024/2025 Mercedes-Benz ICE model or EQ model, dated April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025. The Star Loyalty Bonus Amount toward their new lease or new retail purchase will vary depending on the model vehicle leased or financed, as indicated in the chart below.

Loyalty Bonus Program Guidelines:
Maturing Vehicles: Active MBFS Maturing Lease, Lease Extension Agreements, or IL Retail Walkaway Balloon Contracts
Maturity Date: Between April 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025
New Contract Type: MBFS Lease Agreement or Retail Installment Sales Contract (including retail balloon contracts) financed by MBFS
Tier: All Credit Tiers, based on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services credit approval

For new 2024 Models:

EQB SUV - $1,000
EQE SUV / EQE Sedan - $3,000
EQS SUV / EQS Sedan - $5,000
S-Class Maybach / GLS SUV Maybach - $20,000

For new 2025 Models:

CLA Coupe / GLA SUV / GLB SUV - $1,000
C-Class Sedan / GLC SUV / CLE Coupe / CLE Cabriolet - $2,000
E-Class Sedan / GLE SUV / GLS SUV - $3,000
S-Class Sedan - $5,000
S-Class Maybach / GLS SUV Maybach - $20,000

To be eligible for the Star Loyalty Bonus Program, customers must have an active qualified MBFS Maturing Lease or Lease Extension Agreement or Illinois Retail Walkaway Balloon Contract with a maturity date between April 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025
• Business accounts are eligible for this program.
• New finance/lease documentation must reflect the same customer name and/or address as the old lease
agreement. Offer is not transferrable. Contracts written in the dealership name will not be eligible.
• Star Loyalty Bonus must be disclosed on the new contract.

Guest must have had a prior MBFS lease or retail installment contract, and exercised their lease purchase option or paid off their retail contract on that vehicle, as applicable, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2023. Business accounts are eligible for this program. New finance/lease documentation must reflect the same customer name and/or address as the old lease agreement. Guest must purchase or lease one of the following new 2024 or 2025 Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Bonus Amounts: 2024 EQB and 2025 CLA/GLA/GLB ($1,000 Bonus), 2025 C-Class Sedan/GLC/CLE Coupe or Cab ($2,000 Bonus), 2024 EQE Sedan or SUV and 2025 E-Class/GLE/GLS ($3,000 Bonus), 2024 EQS Sedan or SUV and 2025 S-Class Sedan ($5,000 Bonus), 2024 S-Class Maybach and GLS Maybach and 2025 Maybach models ($20,000 Bonus) Must take delivery between April 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025. All credit tiers, based on MBFS approval. Customers are not pre-approved and are subject to MBFS credit approval. Offer not available for cash purchases. Eligible customers will receive up to three (3) months payment credit on their current maturing lease A-Class, CLA, C-Class, CLE-Class, E-Class, CLS, S-Class, SLC/SLK, SL, GT 2-Door/4-Door, GLA, GLB, GLC/GLK, GLE/ML, GLS/GL, EQB-SUV, EQE-SUV, EQS-SUV, EQE-Sedan)must be through MBFS.
