Bill Reinhart is our Vehicle Exchange Specialist here at Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown. Starting with our dealership in August of 2019 as a Sales Consultant, Bill has been a great addition to the #MBofSmithtownFamily! His favorite part about his job has been working with people and elevating his customer’s experience. Bill says that “ every engagement is an opportunity to listen, learn, and share. Our customers are passionate about the Mercedes-Benz products, and being at my best makes it enjoyable for me and our customers” .
He is so excited to help out any Mercedes-Benz enthusiast in the Smithtown, St. James, Lake Grove, Nesconset, and Centereach area!
The awesome part about having a Vehicle Exchange Specialist at our dealership is the convenience. Leasing through the Mercedes-Benz First-Class Finish program makes things simple for our clients on Long Island, but we understand that they may still need some additional assistance. Luckily for them, Bill is here to help! We love making our sales process as simple and convenient as possible, and this is just one way we make that happen!
Bill goes through our Service Department roster everyday, and checks on our customers that come in for appointments. If it looks like their lease is ending soon, Bill checks in, and lets them know! From there, he helps our customers get into their next New, or Pre-Owned Vehicle to fit their needs!
