Through this special program, eligible Real Estate Brokers and Agents can access exclusive Mercedes-Benz Fleet Incentives when purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.

Who Is Eligible?
To qualify for the Preferred Realtor Program, customers must meet the following requirements:
- Must be an active Real Estate Professional

Accepted titles include:
- Real Estate Broker
- Real Estate Agent
- Other titles are not eligible
- The individual must have an active real estate license
Dealers will verify eligibility by confirming the individual’s license through their state’s official real estate license verification website.
Vehicle Purchase or Lease Allowance
Eligible real estate professionals may:
- Purchase or lease up to two (2) new Mercedes-Benz vehicles per calendar year
- Vehicles must be purchased or leased in the individual’s personal name
Company purchases or registrations are not eligible for this program.
