Holiday Donations 2022

Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown takes great pride in aiding the Long Island Community! We strive for #TheBestOrNothing, which is why our philanthropic efforts extend past the everyday and wholeheartedly transition into the wonderful holiday season! For the holiday season of 2022, Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown is honored to aid Angels of Long Island and EJ’s PJs Pajama Drive! Our donation collections are available through our dealership until December 14th for Angels of Long Island and December 19th for EJ’S PJS! 

Who are Angels of Long Island?

Angels of Long Island is a Long Island non-profit organization that offers a grand range of goods and services to help the Long Island Community. Angels of Long Island’s mission is to advocate and assist Long Islanders during these scary and stressful economic times. 

How can you help Angels of Long Island?

Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown is humbly requesting new sports equipment, puzzles, toys, books, and/or gift cards for children aged from 11 years old to 13 years old! 100% of these donations will be given to Angels of Long Island. We humbly request that you do not wrap these donations, although we appreciate such heart-warming consideration!

Who are EJ’s PJS?

EJ’S PJS a yearly donation drive that began in 2011 with Patricia Poggi and her three sons, Edward, Patrick and Jeremy. The beginnings of EJ’s PJ’s was established as a way to extend care and consideration for others during the holidays. During the holiday season, Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown is humbly requesting you join us and EJ’S PJs in the endeavor of focusing others and not just on material goods.

How can you help EJ’s PJS?

For EJ’S PJs for 2022, we humbly ask for new pajamas, preferably for children from ages 11 years old to 13 years old. For either of these amazing organizations, donations that are for younger children are always acceptable as well! Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown is truly honored for the opportunity aid these incredible Long Island non-profits.

Alternate Ways to Get Involved:

If donations are out of the holiday budget, we thank you for your generous consideration! Spirits can be made brighter through various philanthropic genres:

-Volunteer: Angels of Long Island is in need of volunteers for various sections in their non-profit organization. Volunteers are needed to help Angels of Long Island assemble bikes for their first time program, “A Bike Under Every Tree!” Angels of Long Island is also requesting help with setting up toy distribution.
