I went in to see a specific car they had in stock. There was no run around or issues. Jeff Davis (sales manager) and Brandon Russel (salesman) were amazing and made sure all my questions were answered and I was absolutely comfortable. I came to Mercedes Benz of Smithtown to browse and ended up purchasing a GLB 250. I initially met up with Caleb who is the nicest , soft spoken and transparent individual. I recently purchased a beautiful 2022 BMW M850i convertible from Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown. Despite what I felt was a good deal on the car, the salesman I dealt with withheld information and did not follow through on promises made. The salesman's name is Kenny Montoya.

My 2020 CLS 450 was brought in for a coolant problem under warranty. A loaner car was provided and work was completed in a timely manner. All employees that we dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable.

This is my fourth Mercedes and my third major issue with Smithtown. I purchased a certified per owned 2022 GLC with 17k miles on 11/1/2025. It has been in service for over 8 weeks in total due to no heat. The first time was on outside sensor…they sent me a video of the wrong car all together. The second time was a bubble in the line. We walked into the dealership “just to look” and we fell in love with the GLS. The dealership felt upscale and we were kindly greeted upon entering. We were immediately assisted by Jean. MB of Smithtown is the best dealership I’ve ever worked with in 40 years of driving. The quality of service maintenance and repair is exceptional. Client management for scheduling and turnaround with Mark and his team is outstanding. I’m driving a 2017 300 GLC and they have it running like it’s brand new. I’ve had regular service done there for several years and always feel safe and comfortable driving older car. I trust them implicitly.
Had a difficult time getting service on the vehicle purchased in August 2025, two times already by December 2025. Dealership kept saying that there’s nothing wrong, luckily I had a video of the problem and it was finally addressed.
